Walking The Road (2019)

Created in collaboration with artist Nicola Hutchison and the Huntingdonshire History Festival, this project documented the changing landscape of Huntingdon during the removal of the A14 flyover. Working alongside local schools and young people from Circuit HBK at Wysing, we led community walks to collect the sights and sounds of the town as the bridge was dismantled. Our aim was to record the flyover as a piece of living history, capturing its physical presence before it disappeared from the skyline. The resulting installation at All Saints Church invited the public to witness this moment of transition and look at their familiar surroundings in a new way.
